Reservation and Cancelation Policy - Amazon Trails Peru

For a booking we require a deposit of 100 US $ per person on our bank account or via Western Union.

The rest has to be payed at least 3 days before starting the tour in Cusco, for the traditional Inka Trail 5 days before departure date.

Change of booking
You can change your booking free of charge until 14 days before the tour date subject to availability, afterwards and until 2 days before the tour we charge 30 US $ per person.  The day before the tour we charge 60 US $ per person. for the traditional Inka Trail a change of date is possible maximum until 1 month before the tour date, subject to availability.

Cancelling
In the case of cancelling a tour ATP charges the following amounts:
 - until 45 days before the tour :  10 % of the total tour price
 - from the 44.th till the 30.th day before the tour: 25 % of the total tour price
 - from the 29.th till the 10.th day before the tour: 35 % of the total tour price, 	 
 - for the traditional Inka Trail:  50 % of the total tour price
 - from the 9.th day until the start of the tour:  50 % of the total tour price, 	  
 - for the traditional Inka Trail  : 80 %  of the total tour price

There is no refund for expenses like money transfer fees and other expenses related to your booking.

In case of abandoning or cancelling the tour on departure date or after tour start there is no refund.

Please note - concerning the traditional Inka Trail: 
After purchasing the Trail permit we cannot change the date of trek departure nor change the name or passport number on the trek permit.
